Beginning in 2025, the Compass Rose Health Plan will serve all federal government employees and retirees under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. Find out if you are eligible for one of our plans below.
The Compass Rose Health Plan is open to active and retired civilian employees of the federal government who are eligible for the FEHB Program.
To enroll in Compass Rose Medicare Advantage you must be a retiree enrolled in the High Option Compass Rose Health Plan and enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B.
Available to active and retired civilian employees of the federal government.
