About the Compass Rose Health Plan

We are a not-for-profit association proudly serving federal employees and their families since 1948. Up until now, we have been a closed plan available only to a select group of federal employees.

We are excited to be expanding our eligibility to serve all federal employees, retirees and their families under the FEHB program beginning in 2025.

Important Dates

This year’s Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Open Season will run from November 11 to December 9, 2024.

During this time, federal employees and retirees have the opportunity to review and make changes to their health benefits enrollment. If your employees have any questions we can help with, please encourage them to contact us by calling (888) 438-9135 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday or emailing compassrose@umr.com.
