You must be enrolled in the High Option Compass Rose Health Plan to enroll in the Compass Rose Medicare Advantage option. There is no additional cost for enrolling in Compass Rose Medicare Advantage. You continue to pay your Compass Rose Health Plan High Option premium and Medicare Part B premium.

Renew Active is the gold standard in Medicare fitness programs for body and mind, available at no additional cost to you. You’ll receive a free gym membership with access to a national gym network, including access to many premium gyms.
The program includes thousands of on-demand workout videos and live stream fitness classes, social activities at local health and wellness classes and events, an online Fitbit® Community (no Fitbit device needed) and an online brain health program with exclusive content for Renew Active members through AARP® Staying Sharp®.
Participation in the Renew Active program is voluntary. Consult your doctor before beginning an exercise program or making changes to your lifestyle or health care routine.

When you travel outside the U.S., get reimbursed for covered medical and prescription drug services at the same cost you have when you’re in the U.S.
With UnitedHealthcare Healthy at Home, you are eligible for the benefits listed below up to 30 days following all inpatient and skilled nursing facility discharges*:
- 28 home-delivered meals when referred by a UnitedHealthcare Engagement Specialist
- 12 one-way rides to medically related appointments and to the pharmacy when referred by a UnitedHealthcare Engagement Specialist
- 6 hours of in-home personal care provided through a CareLinx professional caregiver to perform tasks such as preparing meals, bathing, medication reminders, and more. A referral is not required.
* A new referral is required after every discharge to access your meal and transportation benefit.
Get a yearly preventive care check-in that helps you stay on track with your health between your regular provider visits. It’s done in the comfort of your home and allows plenty of time for you to ask questions about your health.
A HouseCalls visit is designed to support — not replace — your provider’s care. A summary of your HouseCalls visit will be sent to both you and your doctor so your doctor stays informed. This benefit includes:
- Up to an hour long at-home visit from a licensed healthcare practitioner
- A head-to-toe exam, health screenings and plenty of time to talk about your health questions
- A custom care plan made just for you
- Help connecting you with additional care you may need

Need more help? Read the FAQs below for answers to some common questions about Compass Rose Medicare Advantage.Medicare Advantage Plans are Part C plans offered by private insurers. They offer all the benefits of original Medicare Part A and Part B. The Compass Rose Medicare Advantage Plan includes prescription drug coverage (Part D) as well as additional benefits, features and programs. You must remain enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B to be eligible for a Medicare Advantage Plan.

You can see any provider outside of the network, as long as they accept Medicare and the plan. Accepting the plan means the doctor is willing to see you and bill UnitedHealthcare.
There is no additional cost to enroll in Compass Rose Medicare Advantage. You will continue to pay your High Option Compass Rose Health Plan premium as well as your Medicare Part B premium. You and your eligible spouse will each receive a Medicare Part B subsidy of $125 per month when enrolled in Compass Rose Medicare Advantage.
Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount (IRMAA)
IRMAA is an amount Social Security determines you may need to pay in addition to your monthly Part B and D premium if your modified adjusted gross income on your IRS tax return from 2 years ago is above a certain limit. The Compass Rose Medicare Advantage plan’s included prescription drug coverage is considered a Part D plan therefore if you currently have a part B IRMAA then you may incur an additional part D IRMAA when enrolling in this plan.
Most covered medical services with Compass Rose Medicare Advantage have a $0 co-pay, including (but not limited to) preventive care, emergency room, durable medical equipment, routine podiatry and physical therapy.
Under Compass Rose Medicare Advantage, your prescription drug benefit will be provided by Optum Rx®, a UnitedHealth Group company. You may need prior authorization or a new prescription for mail order medications. The Quick Start Guide that you receive following your enrollment includes Optum Rx contact information.
Yes. You must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B to be eligible for Compass Rose Medicare Advantage and you must continue to pay your Part B premium to the government. If you stop paying your Part B premium, you may be disenrolled from your plan.
By enrolling in Compass Rose Medicare Advantage, we will subsidize $125 of your monthly Part B premium.
