Wellness is about more than going to the doctor when you’re sick. It’s about being proactive with your health by getting your recommended health screenings and making healthier lifestyle choices.
Routine preventive care like an annual physical exam, well-child visits, screenings and vaccinations can help you avoid or delay the onset of disease. When seeing a network provider, these preventive care services are available to you at no cost. Talk to your doctor about which screenings or services are recommended for you.
Note: To receive 100% coverage, your physician's bill must clearly state “Routine Physical Exam.”
If you recently enrolled in the Compass Rose Health Plan, your member ID card(s) will arrive in the mail. If you lose your ID card, you can print a temporary card or order a new one through your myCompass account.
You can also call UMR at (888) 438-9135 to request a replacement card.

Medical claims are processed through our plan administrator, UMR. In most cases, your provider will submit claims on your behalf after you have received a service. However, there may be times when you need to submit a claim, like when you’re overseas. View instructions for How to Submit a Claim.
