Taking charge of your health is important.
At the Compass Rose Health Plan, we want to recognize you for making healthy choices and working towards your health goals. We reward your hard work with incentive dollars as part of our Wellness Rewards Program.
By completing qualifying activities and screenings, High Option plan members and their covered spouse can each earn up to $350 per year, reducing your out-of-pocket costs.
Note: Compass Rose Medicare Advantage has a separate rewards program. Sign in to learn more.
Activate Your Rewards
You must opt in each year to start earning rewards:
- Log in to your myCompass account

- Click Start Earning Rewards to opt in
Please allow one month for your opt-in request to be reflected on your UMR profile.
How to Track and Redeem Your Rewards
You can track the points you earn throughout the year using UMR’s Wellness Activity Center, accessible through your myCompass account.
- Sign in to your myCompass account
- Click Go to UMR to access your UMR profile
- In the navigation, click Rewards and then Get started
You can start earning rewards beginning January 1. The cut-off for members to earn rewards to be used during the following plan year is November 30.
If the High Option Compass Rose Health Plan is your primary insurance, the rewards you earn will be applied to your deductible the following calendar year (1 point = 1 dollar).
If you are enrolled in the High Option Compass Rose Health Plan but Medicare B is your primary insurance, your rewards will be placed into a retirement reimbursement account that can be used to reimburse qualified medical expenses such as medical and prescription drug copayments and Medicare premiums. You must submit a Retirement Reimbursement Account Claim Form to be reimbursed.
Note: Earned rewards apply to the following calendar year, so long as you remain enrolled in the High Option Compass Rose Health Plan. Unused rewards will not carry over. If you elect to enroll in another one of our plan options (Standard or Medicare Advantage), reward points will not carry over.
